- Suzanne croit encore au Père Noël.- Victor aussi.
- Nous cacherons bien les cadeaux que nous achèterons aujourd’hui.
- Si nous ne trouvons rien au supermarché, nous irons au centre commercial. Et s’il reste des choses à acheter, j’irai après-demain au magasin de jouets.
- Tu iras toute seule ?
- Et oui ! Toi tu iras au travail et les enfants iront à l’école. Moi j’ai la chance de ne pas travailler le lundi matin.
TRANSLATION

Père Noël (masc.) : Santa Claus. Supermaché (masc.) : Supermarket. Centre Commercial (masc.) : departement store, mall. Après-demain : the day after tomorrow. Jouet (masc.) : toy. |
Some French verbs have an irregular conjugation at the future tense. Their stem is different. But the endings are the ones we already saw. Aller is one of them. Its future stem is ir-. You can notice there is a r just before the endings, as we already said in the precedent lesson.
